These terms govern your use of gavesh.com ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What Gavesh is

Gavesh is an India-focused information aggregator and search service. It is NOT a publisher. Gavesh aggregates content from RSS feeds, open-licence corpora (Wikipedia, Wikidata, AI4Bharat Sangraha, etc.), government public-domain sources, and from public APIs. Pucho is a user-generated discussion forum where Gavesh acts as the intermediary, not the author.

Acceptable use

· Use the Service for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes
· Do not attempt automated scraping of gavesh.com beyond our robots.txt
· Do not post on Pucho any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringes IP, or violates the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021
· Do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

Gavesh is not registered as an Investment Adviser with SEBI, is not a registered medical practitioner or healthcare provider, and is not a legal adviser. Information shown is not investment, medical, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting.

Source attribution

Each result, card, and answer on Gavesh cites its source. Gavesh strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the correctness of aggregated content. If you notice an error, write to [email protected].

Pucho — community content

When you post on Pucho:

· You retain ownership of your content; you grant Gavesh a non-exclusive licence to display, search-index, and distribute it within the Service
· Your content must comply with the Acceptable Use rules above
· Gavesh may remove content in response to a valid takedown notice or in the event of clear policy violation
· Gavesh does not pre-screen content and is the intermediary under IT Act § 79

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gavesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Termination

Gavesh may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your Pucho account, write to [email protected].

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at gavesh.com/terms.
